Fill out our sign up form, then a member of our team will be in touch to book you in for an assessment session.

02 — Assessment session

You will be given the option to sign your child up for an assessment session. Assessment sessions are charged at £5, are no obligation and give us the opportunity to get to know your child. It is also a chance for parents to view the setting, ask the manager any questions and see if our sessions are the right fit for your family. Please note our sessions are drop-off sessions.

03 — Decision

98% of families are interested in their child gaining a space at Fols Kids SEN Club. Based upon the assessment session we will be in touch via email to provide feedback and the outcome of the assessment session. We’re keen to provide a space to every child that walks through our doors but unfortunately this isn’t always possible. We take into consideration if we’re able to meet the child’s needs and if we feel they will benefit from our setting. If we’re able to offer your child a space we will provide you with a start date and all necessary information.

04 — Plans

We currently have the three membership plans available. We usually allow parents to select the membership option that best suits them. However on rare occasions we may only be able to offer your child a particular membership depending on if we can cater to their needs. Our aim is to give as many children the opportunity to benefit from our setting in some capacity.

05 — Welcome to the family!

Your child will receive a members pack containing their Fols Kids T-shirt and progress book. You will drop off your child for their session. We will provide regular updates through our Parent Share & Support program.
